Though certainly not orgasmic by any stretch, I have found an apparently amusing thing to do. Wiggling her uterus.
With her on her back, insert two finger as far in as possible and scoop them up under the bottom part of her cervix. Bounce those fingers up and down and her uterus will bob around inside her. You can even see it bouncing against the inside of her abs. For some reason she found this quite fascinating and while there wasn't much pleasure involved it was something that just felt "different" and "weird" for her (in her words).
